How to take care of your Amigurumis (Toys)

If you have purchased any of Aroha's amigurumi animals, you may be wondering how to wash them. Because let’s face it, nothing stays clean forever, especially if it's for the little ones!

Well, all our items are made with acrylic yarn, which is 100% washable. However, they need to be washed by hand to ensure the filling stays in the original shape, and all the other elements like eyes, bows, ears, etc., stay in their original position. Depending on how dirty it is, you may only need to rub it a little bit with soap and then let it dry. You may want to use a towel to roll it in and gently squish the excess water out first. DO NOT wring it out!
